My favorite place on the whole earth is the shore. The smells of the salt air, the sounds of the ocean, you can just hear the waves crashing, the seagulls flying overhead, maybe even hear children laughing and playing. For the most part, the shore is a very peaceful place to be. Then overhead you hear an engine. A plane's engine. You have to look up and see why, and there is a plane flying overhead. It's carrying a banner behind it saying "EAT AT JOE'S"
Yes, even at the shore, with the sand, seagulls and ocean, I still see ads. No TV, no newspaper, maybe even no radio, someone is still trying to get their ad in front of my eyes.
Who was that first guy to thihnk of tying a big banner behind a plane? Who first thought, hey I can fly over the beaches to all those people? Who would have thought that it would have worked? But someone did, we all know that we should "EAT AT JOE'S", or what ever ad they had this week.
He, the one who had that idea, said "No to the Status Quo"! He came up with a great idea. He thought outside the box, and now it is done every day, by several planes, and it has become normal and expected at the shore.
What idea of advertising can you come up with? What new way to your your site out there? Your name known? What are you going to do this week to advertise?

It's very true - and everyone looks to see the noise in the sky and before you know where you are people are pointing and talking about it. They remember "Joe's" for a long time after.

I'm still a newbie as far as traffic exchanges go so I pretty much am trying different things to see what works and what stinks lol Mostly I am just doing it for fun so I am not hard-driven to succeed like some of the folks I see on TEs.
