Here we are, in middle of the first week, of the new year. The parties are over, the family has gone home, and the bills will be coming in the mail soon. Looks like life is getting back to normal.
What is normal I sometimes ask myself. Is it normal to wake up every day at 5:30 am, check emails, surf traffic exchanges, go to empire avenue, face book, twitter, and back to surfing. I'm trying to live what I write. Say no to the status quo, but find myself going back into the same routine. Now I am not saying surfing isn't good, it's great. I surf every day. It's kinda like touching base with friends in the chat area, but I need to do one more thing that is out of my comfort zone. Hence, the blog.
I blog, because I need to do something every day that isn't "normal" for me. I need to make one new friend. I am writting on my wall at facebook more now, and even trying to send out one more tweet a day. Why? because they aren't normal for me.
I think personal growth is great. They say the only difference between a rut and a grave is five feet. I don't want to be in a rut in 2012, and I don't want you in one either. So today, me personally, am writing in my blog, tweeting one more time, and finding one new friend, either in chat or on facebook, or even on empire avenue. What one extra thing are you going to do today?

I've recently started a note book for lists of things to do. i get a lot of pleasure crossing jobs off as I get them done. I do my routine jobs out of order from time to time just to give me a change.
ReplyDeleteThe day has nearly finished here. I'll be thinking about doing something extra tomorrow!
I visit your blog when I’m on ExposeYourBlog!
I need to make lists too, otherwise I fall too far behind. I love crossing things off too. It gives me a sense of satisfaction
